KRYTOX™ GPL 207 HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE

Food-safe grease for regreasing telescopic rails, carriages and other components. Temperature-resistant up to 288 °C and odorless.

Krytox™ GPL 207 is a high-performance grease with outstanding chemical, thermal and mechanical properties. It consists of perfluoropolyether (PFPE), a liquid and very inert fluoropolymer, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a functional thickener. Krytox™ GPL 207 is non-flammable and non-combustible. The extremely temperature and pressure-resistant grease is oxygen-compatible, chemically inert and resistant to aggressive chemicals. Compared to conventional lubricants, Krytox™ GPL 207 impresses with a significantly longer service life, higher stability and greater reliability.

APPLICATION

Clean the rails thoroughly and use the brush provided to apply a few small drops of grease to the balls at a distance of a few centimeters. Then spread the grease by moving the rails back and forth. A very thin layer of grease on the rails is sufficient.
